| Oh btw, he had pneumonia when he died so it's highly likely that he had been mixing meds. These things happen, unfortunately. |

Thing is, I actually did like him and do care...but I'm having fun because I think it's the "in" thing to do. :( |

There is a REAL difference between moving on and not really caring to making FUN of the situation and acting like an immature twit. (not saying that's you), but have some respect ffs, someone just died. I don't get what's so hard about being understanding about it (and sure moving on instead of filling the thread with a bunch of garbage). Posting 'funnies' in a thread like this isn't something that makes sense to me. |

TMZ reports Heath Ledger was in full cardiac arrest when paramedics arrived and was announced dead at the scene.
UPDATE: Heath Ledger was reportedly suffering from pneumonia and did not commit suicide, according to TMZ. The pills were over the counter sleeping pills and accidental overdose is not being ruled out. An autopsy is being performed tomorrow. |

No offense, but I don't see you shedding tears over all the poor children that die in iraq/afghanistan on a daily basis. Yes a death is a death but there's no reason to put this one above the countless others, especially considering the circumstances of his death. |

It's just that everyone makes such a big deal when a celeb dies, and it's on every friggin channel whereas there are 1000s of people that die under much worse conditions and to no fault of their own and you don't even hear a peep about it.
Reminds me of the whole nicole smith and how everyone made it seem like she was princess diana. |

Hahah, I never said I am happy that he died. Please don't get me wrong. I respected him as an actor (I had a crush on him in 10 Things I Hate About You :p ).
I would personally be much more upset to hear that a non-famous mother of two children who volunteered at a soup kitchen every Saturday got into a car accident and died.
I am giving my personal opinion. Yes, you are allowed to reply and tell me that I am an insensitive bitch, but it isn't going to change my mind. I'm not trying to make fun of the people on here who are crying about him. I just think that there are more important things in life right now to be so emotional about. |
