Why do you not believe they have a method of getting here. Is it totally implausaible to assume that other civilisations have technology more advanced than ours? Space travel is hypothetical to us, but maybe 'they' achieved that a long time ago.

You were saying Einstein was proven wrong, and since we were discussing the possibility of intergalactic travel. So I logically assumed you were referring to Einsteins theory of special relativity when posting.
