Club Space new door policy (LOL) (pg. 2)

they have done the 18+ thing for a while. In Florida, you can allow 18-20 year old people in your club as long as they don't drink (yeah good luck with that).

djmanu - don't worry about it during the conference. i guarantee you won't have any door issues. having said that i wouldn't show up in shorts and sandals. i've seen people wearing that but I wouldn't expect to get in a club dressed that casual. and yep i've heard of club doorguys telling people to go change their sneakers to dressier shoes and they will be let in.

f*ck space! there are so many better parties to attend, i would not put up with their nonsense again, such bull!

even when i showed up at like 10pm or earlier they still took over 2+ hours to let us in

I like their effort to clean up the place, but the low key dress code is one of the aspects that appeals to me personally. I just want to go to Space in some comfortable gear and get ed up. If I wanted to be seen I'd go to sobe in my Armani suit. Space should know who their market is.

Another HUGE up by Space...

These are your CUSTOMERS you're talking to. Don't use such a negative tone. They could have made the bulletin a lot more friendly. Its clear they could give 2 s about their patrons. . LP is getting cocky.

u have pre- sale tix u go right in .... they just wanna make sure all the ghetto stays outside:tongue2

Everytime i go to Space i never have a problem coming in , in fact i never had to wait online, unlike here in NYC, over here ive done some serious waiting :stongue:

most of the places in miami dont have a dress code for WMC, right :conf:
gimmebeatz
i dont believe that either...i have never waited in line at space more than 10 min and that dress code is a bunch of crap..people come to space to wear comfortable clothes and dance their asses off all nite..and i guarantee that by 4am at wmc theres gunna b guys all over space with their shirts off like there is every sat nite there

NO STRIPED POLOS
NO BAGGY JEANS
NO JERSEYS
NO WHITE SNEAKERS
NO FLIP FLOPS OR SANDALS
NO BASEBALL CAPS OR HEADGEAR OF ANY KIND
NO WIFE BEATERS OR TANK TOPS
NO SOLID WHITE OR BLACK T-SHIRTS
NO OVERSIZED OR BAGGY CLOTHING AT ALL
ANYTHING ELSE THAT LOOKS SLOPPY OR OUT OF PLACE

how does any of these constitute you from not being able to go to space in comfortable gear? all this is saying is dont come to our club dressed like a clueless tard.

this is not a BAD thing. 9 times out of 10 people are on here bitching that the crowd at space has gone to and/or ghetto now your bitching that they may actually now have door standards? obviously as stated this is aimed at keeping the wannabe and not so wannabe thugs, hustlas, and pimps crowd out. i beleive alot of the these policys have actually been in place but just loosely enforced the last couple years, maybe this time they are just serious about upholding them. i welcome the "changes" with open arms. yeh, yeh, space sucks, boo ing hoo. but for me what it all boils down to is the place still has the best musik, the sickest djs, the best vibe, year ing round since 2000 and still going strong....

well said bro...

lol
so stupid
maybe they realized that their whole image has become "sloppy and out of place"
it's way too specific though, I doubt they are going to enfore it very strictly when there's a line of 500 people outside with tickets.
