Thank G'd we're not all square-headed and 'box thought'-confined like you...and if you'd listen more carefully to him (or to many others with him), you'd have found that his sound hasn't changed THAT substantially, still supporting qualitative, upcoming trance, but enhancing it through a richer, broader body and context...It can't be 'Aly & Fila' beats all day long, and you wouldn't expect that coming from a melodic freak like me...just give credit to the people for what they are doing and stop living in your bubble...come to TE 2009 ;) :tongue3 .... |

דאנס-האוס-טכנו-פרוגרסיב-טק-טראנס.... אז בכיף!
אתה יכול לשמוע את התוכנית שלו ולראות שאני צודק. הוא מתפזר מדי וזה נשמע כמו רדיו.
לדעתי הרבה ממה שהוא מנגן זה חרטא, אני מעדיף לשמוע את המצעד של גלגל"צ.
נכון, הכל שאלה של טעם. אני בטוח שהופעה טובה הייתה עושה לי את זה אפילו עם לא אהבתי את המוזיקה.
כתבתי את התגובה הקודמת מפני שטיאסטו הוא מאוד לעוס וזה מפתיע שיש מישהו שטיאסטו עדיין מרגש אותו.
אני חושב שכל סט הכי עלוב של ארמין או "אבוב אנד ביונד" יותר מוצלחים. |

הסט של פרי יפה מאוד לעומתו כי הוא יותר זורם, יותר מרגש, יותר חדש,
בנוי טוב יותר ומעניין.
לא צריך להיות אקדמאי ואינטלקטואלי כל כך כדי להבין את זה.
ועוד דבר קטן, אתה היית בטראנס-אנרג'י אז היית צריך לראות שבהופעה של שון טיאס האזור של

You see, I won't disagree with you on everything, that is not my point of course...I'll just disagree if you (and some others with you) are being one-sided, biased and maybe just a bit repetitive or pseudo-elitist; at the end of the day everybody is entitled to his/her constructed opinion....
Regarding that: YES, I've been there and I can clearly remember that FC's set casted genuine tears in my eyes and was the most enjoyable set of the night with one or two others...I've downloaded the set last week and am constantely listening to it, every time baffled and amazed anew by its energy and authentic beauty...One of the best sets in times.
BUT...I also attended Tiesto's second half (and THAT is mainly the reason why many people resorted to Tyas: only a minority of freaks like me decided to go to his set a priori, but almost the entire Jaarbeurs flocked to Mainstage and the only shocking measurement of the night was the appearance of a big sign saying: Mainstage full, turn around..:eek: so you see, it isn't as clear-cut as you'd think...) and although it was less euphoric, Nir, me and the whole crowd went ab-so-lu-tely mental! And that's what I am trying to tell you and those other anti-Tiestoists the whole time: he's still doing it musically, and subjectively to his fans: BEGADOL, I'll tell you that! He's partially changed his style, but the crowd responded with the same fervour like let's say his foremost break-through set of Innercity '99....it was definately no mediocre set...maybe a bit too commercial, but NOT mediocre. |
