Speaking of this awful ed up that deserves execution, I was watching a bunch of To Catch A Predator clips yesterday. I can't get enough of them, Chris Hansen is just a total genius when it comes to to the delivery of his lines to the head sititng there.
"Hey there. Sit down, have a seat. Maybe a drink. So. What are you doing here?" And soforth.
I'm going as Chris Hansen for Halloween, definitely. |

yes but rape is included in that category as well...so it's possible that rape could be one of the offenses commited..you can't say that rape is excluded out of that "sexual offence against children" category...it might be the worse case scenario but doesn't mean it won't or doesn't occur among some of those 30% of ppl that do go ahead and commit the offense |

um... so by that logic any pics that have naked children in them are child pornography?
that means my grandmothers a sick ing perv. she took a picture of my in the bathtub when i was 2! i should call the cops on that witch!
IMO.. child pornography would be pictures/video that depect children in a sexual way. Either engaging in sexual acts, posing or being posed..
though that innocent picture def could be possibly fall into the kiddy port catagory if the wrong person got a hold of it. It's a pretty grey area i think... |

hmm... question... lets say the police caught me jerking off in a park to a picture of myself in a bathtub at the age of 2... obviously I'd be using that picture in a sexual way. could i be charged with possession of child pornography?
