Hmm good question. Answer should be NO. Why? Bc, ask yourself: Who are the, the authorities protecting? Well the answer is the child in the photo from being taken advantage of. But since you are both the child (apparent victim) in the photo as well as the one using it to jerk off to, I cant say they'd have much of a case saying they are protecting your rights.

If you get caught fapin' in a park i don't think the cops will care too much what you're looking at. Interesting point though. What if you get caught with hard drive full of pics of yourself posing in sexual ways from when you were a kid..? (lol ew)
On a serious note, the people who view this clearly have some psychological issues, whether it's from being abused themselves or god only knows what else.
HOWEVER, i think that knee jerk reactions like, "people who look at kiddy porn need to be castrated or executed" are ridiculous. Let's face it, people simply downloading the garbage are not directly hurting anyone... although they do need [extensive] therapy or to be separated from society as a proactive measure. |

Not really unless they're paying for it. Don't get me wrong, obviously I think it should be illegal. I suppose maybe it perpetuates some sickos desires. At the same time maybe it's satisfying them enough not to make the jump from viewing to something worse... god, what a terrible topic.
