Got into a car accident...Bimmer is totalled (pg. 3)

My accident was on Ninth Line right south of eglinton...a minute away from home on the 407 overpass. Only one lane each way and she swerved out of control into my car. Sort of wish I had pics...my wheel was almost totally horizontal. Sooo loved that car!
As an aside, if I buy a new car can I get them to put snows on instead of all-seasons? I can hopefully put my summers on the new car I buy since they were pretty new. |

Were you 100% not-at-fault?
Additionally, it is important to bear in mind that insurance rates tend to go up year over year due to inflation and the province (rates are regulated by the Financial Services Commision of Ontario) increasing the amount insurers can charge. |

Wow... That really sucks! Sorry about your accident :( I've been in one "totaled" car accident and it was the scariest thing that ever happened to me!
Makes me think about the whole "most accidents happen within the last 7 miles to your destination". Stuff really rings true :( |

I had an insured who got into three accidents on her 10 minute drive home from the mall....not a single one of the accidents were her fault. |

i was rear ended 3 times in 10 days on my way to work, from kw to guelph. none of them was my fault, all 3 times drivers said they closed their eyes for just a sec.
