If you actually get into a fist fight and beat the crap out of the guy who caused the accident..
Would that have an effect on the Not-At-Fault claim?

lol somehow I doubt it... but you'd likely get charged with assault :p

who i really wanted to punch out is this **** who t-boned me going so fast that i didnt even saw her (limit was 50). impact was so hard that i blacked out like 7 times in time that took me to her car to see is she ok. and when i made it there i just dropped on the ground blacking out again, and when i came to i heard her talking to 911 saying "yeah, he's here, i think he's on drugs". lol, when ambulance workers asked me what year is it i said 2000 and it was 2004.

LOL. but again i can see why would she think that. i fell on the ground probably 5 times until i made it to her car.
oh and it ended up being my fault

Still man, when you hit a person at a high speed, and you see them blacking out, my first assumption would be that the person has a serious concussion or some other kind of head injury! Not the he was on drugs!

Assault is fine. As long as it doesn't raise my premiums in any way.

It wouldn't have any effect on liability; however, if you were injured from the fight you could claim Accident Benefits.
