Why though? The other person was obviously driving carelessly or else they wouldn't have hit you. Wouldn't you get upset if someone destroyed something that belonged to you? |

The last time I got rear-ended was a similar situation... Lady gets out and starts yelling at me for stopping instead of doing a rolling stop. I just calmly wrote down my insurance information on the back of my business card then handed it to her. She shut up pretty quickly when she read "Claims Examiner" on the card. |

Getting upset doesn't help anything... just call your insurer (when you're not at fault we're the good guys). |

my fiance is currently in the process of taking them to court AGAIN....last year he ed around with him, stole from his car so he got $1500 out of them this year they are screwing his friend stole one of his rims and his seat belts! wtf WHO STEALS SEAT BELTS!! so he's after them again ....I HATE LYON'S AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS THERE IN LOSERS!!! |

What about you're in Farah's situation and can't afford to get the same kind of car that you previously had...
or what if you had some 'extra' stuff in your car that you can't claim lol.

Lyon's has the right to charge upto $2000.00 per day storage while your vehicle is in their lot. Its also been speculated that a car with only minor damage tends to have a few thousand dollars more damage before the appraiser gets there. Insurers have been fighting with Lyon's for years with regards to their storage fees and other things. |
