No, you didn't cause the fight... the fight arose either directly or indirectly from the normal use or operation of an automobile (correct phrasing is important in legal matters). |

and on top of that....any members of your family that live with you could claim Accident Benefits for the psychological trauma they have suffered because of the fight....heck, if they are immediate family they don't even have to live with you....I'm still claiming psychological trauma from the accident Moral Hazard had. |

| Ugh. I hate it when people fly off the handle when they're in an accident. It's so much easier to deal with a person when they're not a raging maniac. What's the point of freaking out, even if the other person is at fault? It's not like they did it on purpose. |

haha. my friend got in a minor accident last night. this bitch rear ended him, got out of her car and started screaming "why didnt you move forward you ". i dont know about roads in miss last night but kw was brutal.
now i know him, he's a nice guy and he probably apologized lol but i would flip out.
