Why would you want to see someone die?

So I've just stumbled upon a website called Evil Chilli. It's like Break.com and Collegehumor.com but it features people dying, being run over and whatnot. I know this sounds naive but... I truly don't understand, who the hell watches that kind of thing? And why? How can that be entertaining?
That is just sicker than sick :confused: |

Well, for me it's curiosity based. I don't necessarily want to watch those kind of clips so much that I'd be hunting them all night long, but if I see something that would be interesting to see, I'll watch it. I also collect video clips on my hard drive, but this hobby is for all kinds of clips, not just sick and most of the clips are made more of fun than anything sick.
Don't know if curiosity or being interested are the right things to describe it, but it's all I can say. I don't visit this site you mentioned very much though.
Some clips are hard to watch though, and if it's something that I know I can't watch, I won't watch it at all. There's not many clips that are too hard to watch anymore, but watching some eye operation, or a clip full of deformed babies can be hard to watch.

This was actually caught on tape or just some news report of the.. uh, thing, that happened quite a while ago? Or is this even the same case? |
