Tabu is the historic Beechem Theater, where Orlando's progressive scene took off in the early 90s. It was one of the first successful such nights in America, thanks to Kimball Collins, and keep in mind this is Orlando we're talking about - not NYC, L.A., or Miami. Both Gainesville (at Simons) and Orlando have a long history with this type of music so I really don't think the venue sucks.

it might not completely blow ass but it is really trashy. ever since they changed it from zuma beach to what it is now it looks pretty crappy.

I'm always a proponent for supporting the dance scene here in O-town...

90% coming to this....

Completely mad i missed Justice @ firestone on 03/06, but that's just random ranting.

What does Armin really have to offer anyways? A bunch of pop epic trance tracks directly from ASOT?

WoW, Glad i saw this cuz hes the only big time DJ i haven't seen 10 or more times. If i can arrange the time off from work and find someone to go with me I might make it down to O-Town.

I trust the opinions on the venue and preciate them. Sucks that it's on a monday tho. I know i wanna get back into the scene and maybe bring my cd decks to a party and throw down soon. This woulda been a good time for that but not on a monday!!!!!!!

Oh well, i remember Sasha and Digs @ H.O.Blues and I drove down and back in the same night and was at work the next day. LMAO @ the 1 hour and 13 min drive from H.o.B to JacksonvilleBeach, god i love having a fast car! Might make use of it for this one and make a rare appearance.
hiram

Granted Jimmy Joslin is not a trance DJ, but he did a great job with SIN @ HOB and I really like him. He plays good music, it might be the most banging set but I am sure it will be pretty good.
