there will be 8000 people at this event and its good if some younger EDM fans want to come and see Tiesto. Its important that we have a new generation grow into the dance music scene and Tiesto does a lot for that.

its a world class venue that bands like The Strokes, Raconteurs, Death Cab for Cutie, The Verve, Kraftwork, 50 Cent, Fall Out Boy, Panic at The Disco etc have all played at... the fact that we have the venue open until 3am is a huge deal. you must remember all those shows end at 11pm. the venue is amazing, the production, sound and lights will be amazing.
this event will be the event of the year, no doubt.

I believe this event will be treated like any other sporting event in the venue. That is all ages, but alcohol will be available with proper ID simple as that. You forget that these venues make majority of their money selling overpriced beer and food. And yeah that will fly no boose on Canada day haha.
Anyways I don't get all the tiesto bashing, don't like him don't go simple as that.
I love going to Tiesto shows just for simple fact that a Tiesto party always has this buzz around it and that he probably has the most fans out there just because hes so legendary, so you know it will be crazzzzzzzy with 1000's screaming TIESTO TIESTO TIESTO ! haha |

| Tiesto is not a legend yet....he is well on his way but he is no legend yet.....there are very few DJs that IMO have reached legendary status....Tiesto has not been around long enough to be a legend. |

| yes this show will have some crazy set-up... its not elements of life tour, but its a special arena tour set-up for the 'in search of sunrise tour' with crazy production, video walls, sound, lights, etc... this will be a spectacle like only Tiesto can deliver.. |

the $35 tickets are GA tickets but they are still in the stands... this just means you are free to walk around in those sections.... there is lots of room to dance in your seats... the vancouver show at GM place in august last year was set-up the same way and everyone loved it. the view points in the venue are amazing... this event is built more like a concert as Tiesto is at that level... if you want to be right up close there is space for 3000 people on the floor, but the stands are also really great seats and you will be really close to the stage as well.
