italarmo: True. I saw him in calgary about 4 years ago but his set had no progression, no structure in it. I like my beats more on the harder tech / trance set. Not to say i wont give him another shot, every dj including the so called #1 dj who this thread is abut has had tons of brutal sets before. With tijs its either a huge hit or a bad miss, there is usally no middle ground.

wow, I really don't know which I will go to.
Tiesto or Lawler.

I will decide closer to that time. It is nice to see Tiesto playing a much larger venue though.

How the heck can you justify spending 60+ bucks for one DJ?

I've never seen Tiesto yet and I doubt I will, if I gotta pay that much money.

When you consider that they're probably paying a hefty rental for that space, the production costs involved, security and I'm sure paid duty police... not to mention all the marketing expenses.... I think $60 is pretty fair.

My mom just paid ~$400 to see George Michael perform. Justify that.

60$ isn't that horrible compared to some of the costs I have paid to see dj's and the lengths I have gone to.

Would you pay over 60$ to see a band play?
Can you even get concert tickets under 50$ these days? I know none of the concerts I go to are EVER under 60$. (except for The Tragically Hip who I haven't seen in ages)

The Tiesto party this year is a total letdown. Its over at 3, and its all ages; lets hope that if I decide to make this that he plays an amazing set like he did at the Docks in December of 2004

How much r the tickets?
