Didn't enjoy any of these three. There's $100 down the drain. I think I need to listen to samples more carefully before I buy... |
wtf??
that's almost as bone-headed as desean jackson in the nfl the other night.
if you are really unsure, just leech the whole album from somewhere first, then delete if its crap or you gonna buy the cd. |

Can anybody recommend some tech-psy-prog-ish tracks, esp. those which have emphasis on tech-percussion?
Prehaps something similar in the style of Shanti's "In The Wormhole" and "Kosher Beats" ? |

The Iboga label has heaps of prog psy. Also try Blue Tunes, Plusquam, Shuilink Records, Iono Music and Tribal Vision Records.
Spend a lot of time looking dude, there's some great sitting amongst a whole pile of average so be patient :) |

Can't go past Shivlink Records for this.
They are massively blurring the line between tech-house and psy (strange combination!), though not all their releases run along these lines; they do full-on and Goa too.
Checkout Blackout - Wave Force in particular. |

I would sincerely suggest Goa Trip Vol.3 released in Aug 08 tru Midijum Records, it seems to come pretty close to your description...cheers |
