Agnosticsm isn't 'in between' atheism and theism though. You can be an agnostic atheist or an agnostic theist. Agnosticsm is just a position taken where the person holds that the existence of a god can't be proven one way or the other. It has nothing to do with your belief or lack of belief in a god.
I'd hazard a guess that your position regarding god is not just 'we can't prove he doesn't or does exist'...you must hold some other belief surely?
And science has got nothing to do with the supernatural, that's like me saying that maths has not yet given an opinion on morality. It's hardly a point against it... |
