"Wasted all this time, searching..."

The vocals on that intro track are awful cheesy, but they get the job done... Girls will surely love this. I'll give it a listen. Oh, and the vocals do carry a point, as someone posted a thread titled "He still hasn't found it"

To me, it just seems like an overhyped mix CD that almost anyone could make in a hotel room or in their bedroom, looking out of the window. In fact, makes me want to do a spoof video - I have a view of a little swamp...

Tijs should do some unglamorous, unexotic location. Like:

In Search of Sunrise 8: Kentucky

And the view is of a broken-down Trans-Am on cinder blocks in front of an old trailer.

Sticking on one theme of this thread, if that meant he incorporated dark techy "lost treasure" style vibe to associate with the desolation, i'd be happy.

Yeah. We all know what it is, the acoustic guitars and the occasional piano, the funky but delicate rhythms, a certain type of melodies, waves, birds, everything is soft, warm, relaxed, belearic, summery, tropical islands, eating coconuts, sleeping on the beach, swimming with giant turtles etc. ;)

And unicorns! Unicorns hiding in a forest nearby, watching carefully all this kitschy scenery, eager to add even more pathos to all this.
