Ppl are gona have their opinions based on when they came into the scene/started listening to producers etc. Armin was better in the past, hes getting really repetitive and his new album was really nothing to write home about. It sucks to hear that ASOT may be going downhill also. If ppl have never gone anywehre else other than Pacha of cousre they are gonna think Pacha is awesome when there are so many other venues with much better sound/mgmt and 2x the amt of space.
i love how ppl are quick to insult the opinions of others, esp those who have been on the boards waaaay longer than they have been. :rolleyes: its just so refreshing. its like thats all they have in their lives. also we have learned to be wary of new TAs esp. those with loose mouths.
I do think that Armin does have great gigs abroad though (esp with Armin Only) so I think going fwd thats the only time I will be checking him out. its the same with Tiesto. |
