I haven't seen any of the trailers really, so no argument there. I find that claim pretty hard to believe also considering Lucas' name is on the movie.

I would bet that on average the majority of the sets used consisted of a small set of props, and blue screens. Every single environment just looked fake.

It's weird how through every bad comment / review I've read I still agree with them but somehow I still really enjoyed the movie. I guess I'm just a simpleton with no taste.

:p

Whatever, I always remember her best from "Animal House", so hot!

Nah, there's nothing in taste that makes you a simpleton. You like what you like, don't have to apologize for it by the same token that those of us who didn't like it don't have to worry about the opposite.

man, I think Adam K and Soha - Twilight is both one of the most predictable and cheesy pieces of music I've ever heard, and yet I absolutely love it. I will rave to that song until the day I die.

Or maybe you're just an optimistic, readily amused person like I am. :p

The thing about Lucas' movies that bothers me the most is his knack for finding the worst person to cast for certain roles... I can't get past that while the movie's rolling. He started that bull with Mark Hammell as Luke Skywalker (who I last saw on some late night Cinemax skin flick), then dropped the ball choosing perviously unknown Hayden Christenson to play Aniken Skywalker for the new Star Wars movies, who has got to be one of the worst no talent hack actors ever. And now Labouef... I actually like him but only in certain roles. Casting him to play a switchblade-wielding greaser who looks like he robbed Fonzie's closet doesn't work.

I don't believe that for even a minute (and I don't think anyone who's even seen a trailer for the movie would either). :stongue:

Have you seen the first three? They have REALLY ty special effects. We watched Raiders of the Lost Arc last night. The part where the Arc causes the heads of the three Nazis to blow up is CLASSIC. :stongue:

The movie was made in ing 1981. I'll take those 'ty" special effects over these excessively overused, overproduced and fake CGIs that movie producers are obsessed with these days.
