... got you all excited and you actually went to see (followed) somewhere else (another city or state) other than the usual venue/club that you go to?
Don't be shy and hold back. ;)
For me it was Oakenfold and then Sasha & Digweed. |

Ferry did that to me... saw him 3 times out of the 6 he did at his Avalon residency.
Besides him... Christopher Lawrence & Above and Beyond!
ATB, Armin Van Buuren, Tiesto are also on the list for the fact I've seen them about 5 or 6 times each! |

| never really followed someone city to city like say Andrieux does with Tour de Ferry but closes would be PvD since I've seen him at Ice in Vegas (this was a double headliner night, with Tiesto in Concert the next day) and Central Park (can't say no to a free trip :p ). |

| Danny Howells @ WMC, I was sticking mostly to progressive shows, so it was definitely a departure from what I normally listen to. and I was blown away when I saw him. It was also the first show at WMC I went to by myself so I was very skeptical of how much I would enjoy it. |

Back in my party crew days, it used to be all about BAD BOY BILL. We even booked him several times.
But the first DJ that I said WOW!!! I wanna go see this guy was SASHA!
Back in the 90's when the internet was first getting started I used to listen to radio streams alot. That was before there were any laws about broadcasting on the internet. There used to be a station that broadcasted nothing but Radio 1 Essential Mixes all the time. I used to work the grave yard and pretty much I was by my self all night long. So one day I hear this banging mix, I recorded it and BAM, it was Sasha!!! Then I set my self on a mission to go see him as soon as I could. When I turned 21, Sasha came to LA! I went by my self, and I was hooked!!!
That night has to be one of my most memorable nights ever. I still remember that night like it was yesterday. I still remember when it was almost 6am and he dropped LOVELY DAY. I went nuts. I still have not found that remix that he played that night. Awwww Oh, let me remind you that it was a weekday, I was sober because I didn't drink back then and I still had a blast.
"IT'S GONNA BE, A LOVELY DAY, FOR YOU AND ME, JUST WAIT AND SEE." |
