venues, venues, venues...
we know that most of you are wondering where minitek will take place. we won’t spill all beans quite yet, but since we know that you want to make your plans, we’ll tell you this much: minitek will take place at two different locations, one outdoor day venue and one indoor night venue. to shish the skeptics and to counter silly rumours that we don't even have a venue yet, we're releasing some info regarding minitek's night venue: it's going to be in... midtown manhattan!
we recommend to stay around the night venue, and more towards the lower side of manhattan if you want to be in between both venues. either way, new york city’s public transport network will get you around easily and we’ll add means of transport where needed. we will inform you of updates in our newsletter, so make sure you're signed up! |

edit: the VIP bathroom will definitely come in handy for the techno people who end up having the party in the bathroom :p |

And it's even weirder that we haven't met being good friends with Guille, too...
The minimoo crew just updated the website and says that the night venue is in midtown, so I assume that the day venue will be in BK.
Guille is good friends with them and he says they are not saying anything about the venues AT ALL, not even to friends, I guess it will be a surprise for everybody, but for sure won't be Santos Party House like someone said here last week. It will be epic anyway, and even if there's no variety like people have been saying lately, NY finally has a electronic music festival of its own, and that's huge. |
