CiRCA is not known as a gay club...ONE night a week in ONE room there is a party which attract some of the gay crowd, and even then, it is still more of a mixed crowd than mostly gay. If any of what we are hearing is true, A.D.D can go F themselves. I hope the new hip hop room fails, although it probably won't. If CiRCA was sincere when they said they wanted an all inclusive club where EVERYONE can party together, they should get rid of A.D.D...Although that probably won't happen either. |

Its Sad if the Gay ballroom fridays is over
The room had a really nice mixed crowd vibe very reminiscent of industry in its day where gays and straight mixed free and happy
i am also a little suprised as Circa had always touted itself as Gay friendly and Peter had wanted to keep a mixed/gay friendly crowd and the full time staff is approx 50:50 mix of straight gay too |

and I wasnt a huge fan of Circa or the Ballroom but it was something new, something different and there were a few good times to be had in that place. Getting rid of the gay crowd may not hurt them money wise .. but reputation wise they're ed. Unhappy homos = dramaaaa |
