That's for sure. NY is bigger and has more of a demand for certain genre's of music that are neglected in Miami. As far as not having a scene. Thats not right. We have an excellent scene. It's better than anywhere else other than NY, or La, inside the US.We have a vastly diverse community that both works with and against us. People's taste in EDM is very diffrent than most places that I have been.

ok Zach. Keep riding LP's high horse. You are very wrong to think that he is taking risk by bringing in SvD and Chus. Space is a GREAT club and I'd much rather hear any dj there then anywhere else but for the 1 millionth time....... not for 2 1/2 FUKING HOURS! I don't count his last 10-15 mins because it was just a tiny mega mix of his older stuff.
Also big deal on him playing his own song 4 times? Way to get all nit picky guys. He played SIMILAR sets at both venues. That's mega wack.
Would have been worth it if LP, instead of being greedy, decided to do a combined night with PvD @ Cameo annnnnnnnnnnd if you're a heavy hitter then PvD@ Space for after hours.
The entire night/morning was not worth 90 bucks. Maybe then PvD could have played the softer stuff at Cameo and saved the best stuff for last @ Space in the Morning. [not saying that he didn't play great stuff. Music wise, I enjoyed it very much but I just can't believe it was THAT short.]:mad:
Also - Is that Cream Ibiza Nights mix of New York City the one he played towards the end? Holy . It had the most beautiful melody ever. :crazy:

cant beleive you guys are bitching about this. we had pvd here in san antonio last night and he only played 2 hours and the crowd vibe sucked donkey nizzuts and he had no flow jumpin back and forth from house tech and trance.

That's texas and a Monday night. Isn't that normal for you guys? 4 hours is normal for PvD in Miami unless he's gotta leave to another country in a few hours. ie.. last year he left early to head to Mexico but more than made up for it.
Now imagine if your normal pvd set was shared with another club. Yes i will bitch about something that's made to be a huge deal by promoters when it's really not ;)

i just posted because i got to ny sunday midnight tired and feeling like (after 8hr of pvd +lots of alcohol)...and yesterday i spend the whole day looking for coldplay tkts. now i today i will spend the whole day looking for pj tkts:stongue:
i want to comeback for pvd in oct/nov 6hr set:D
