Well ...
All I'm gonna say is that if I actually paid for this, I'd be one angry person!
I thought that crossfading one track into another was a thing of the past, but I guess not :)
Whoever was warming up for him did a hell of a job, kudos. |

I loved Tiesto tonight, he played a plethora of tracks that I've been loving on his recent podcasts (RIDE - TIESTO REMIX omfgidied) and more. Hearing it on the stadium's awesome speakers was fantastic. Excellent trance night imho.
I was very impressed with the venue; we should have more nights at Ricoh for large events. I've never been to Pepsi or Bell Centre in Montreal for an event, but I think I have a feeling what everyone's been raving about! (pardon the pun, lol) |

A pretty good set by Tiesto, he played a lot of good new music. I would have liked to have heard more trancey stuff by the end like he did in LA last august, but this was a much shorter set. Very hard to please everyone with that kind of time frame.
Most people outside afterwards enjoyed the set, but most agreed the bleacher seats were the way to go.
Lots of new music, not much of the old sound or any of his tracks (except silence and lethal industry).
I was hoping for some signature Tiesto trance that he likes to play. We got teased a little bit in the end with a couple of those kinds of tracks, a full hour of it would of made my night.
I liked the venue, lots of room, fresh air, and a very nice change from the typical guv parties. |

good review. haven't seen Tiesto in years, but I'm pretty sure the general consensus is we should have been @ trance energy 2008 to appreciate him. |
