It's an unfortunate double-standard. We're pwn3d. We have to suck it up at their events or chick flicks, and we're expected to take off early in misery when they don't feel it at ours.

lol
people have different music tastes, female or not

My only regret is I brought my girl who isn't much of a fan, and after 30 minutes was ready for home.. brutal.. never again..

QFT!
My girl is into the music but is not a dancer at all and will stand off to the side and I feel obligated to stay by her so I end up not having fun (this has happened at cz a couple times)

Worst part of the night was when the sonofabitch ended EXACTLY @ 3am with "The End" displayed on the screen and he had already booked it off the stage. money hungry dj... ! (then he shows up at Lawler's sunrise party... WTF!!!)

It's almost always the venue that makes them end at a specific time. And we all knew it was gonna end at 3. I remember last time Armin played at Ultra the house lights came on and he faded out a track put his hands in the air and then some guy came in front of him and started unplugging the mixer!

I think in this case because it was a concert it was all planed out to end like that at that time...

Great venue to hold an event. The only problem was the alcohol, Not enough vendors. They should have removed most of the food vendors and gave into more boooooooooooozzzzzzzzzeeeeee...Music wise I think he could have done better. There was about 1 hour of great music where I was going crazy, and after that he slowed the tempo down, so that was the end of my night.

If they do decide to hold an event there they should have it till 6am instead of 3 or 4.

I think Tiesto was great, good interaction, good music. His set had a very good flow, all things considered it was one of the better all around sets i've heard in a while, but thats just my opinion.

The venue is amazing, but its somewhat too open.

Organization for this event gets a big F. The lines were just ridiculous.

First time for me at an all ages event LOL. Kids and drugs is pretty funny till it gets out of hand for some of them. Funniest thing was the guy stumbling in the line.
Capo di tutti
IMO the openers were much better, got kinda commercial but played alot of choons..

the line? i got there at 10 30 it stretched out past ricoh and around the corner, a good 5 - 600 ppl about 2 hrs wait, so i took a walk cut the line asked the bouncer what she would do if i cut the line she said "i'd search you" so i got in immediately.

Beer vendors did blow as mentioned...if you were looking for anything "other" than beer...after doing literally circuits and being approached or approaching 30 people all seating , sides, floor area...you may have not found that other stuff for lets say about 4 hrs...

I too was like wtf when tiesto trainwrecked his last 2 tracks, and then it was a silhouette of him walking down a beach of ibiza as his image leaves the screen it says "the end".

The best part of the night was Susan Hansen...

Your face is a trainwreck.

zoogla
lol no he didn't train wreck and I was pissed that he didn't play a track or two as an encore which is what ALL concert bands do. But Tiesto didn't encore 2 years ago at 2006 so it was expected. Armin, Ferry, Menno ALWAYS encore. Not sure about PVD but I'm about to find out in a month...

lol Tamar, I didn't realize the front freaked you out so much (with the kids and the sound) so that's why you kept leaving that spot! :haha:

He played:

- Ride (Tiesto Remix) <--my track of the night
- Lethal Industry
- Silence
- that song with the lyrics, "I don't cheat but I like to stray..."
- some anthems that I've heard on his podcasts which I can't ID right now...but those were the ones that I texted out.
