I showed up at 1:00, left at 2:30.
It was pretty cool. First time I'd seen a DJ in that type of venue.
A lot of room, fresh air, etc. Crowd seemed pretty cool too, not too douchey or sketchy.
Personally, I heard a lot of old stuff - not a lot of the new ISOS7 stuff but again, I might have missed that.
All in all, it was fun. Although, someone was sitting/dancing in my reserved seats when I arrived, hehe. |

Wow. I was very impressed with this event!
The only negatives that I can think of are that the line up to get in took a little longer than it should of, only hot water in the washrooms, and lack of alcoholic options, but being a sports stadium this was to be expected!
The HUGE positive for me was the AMAZING SOUND! I was blown away at how crisp, powerful and pristine that sound system was! And it was at the perfect knock you on your ass volume, not too loud and no distortion! I am super picky when it comes to sound so this had me smiling all night. We were on the floor so I'm not sure if it was as powerful in the stands but there was no echo anywhere on the floor. Hey and my ears aren't ringing today! Always a bonus.
The lights and huge wide screen were also very impressive! No lasers but awesome intelligent lighting setup! Who ever was operating the lights had to be one of the best in the business. I wish the Guv would get their act together and get a projector half as good as that one. (The screen and projector the Guv has up now is a little embarrassing, not to mention the visuals they run on it..)
Like the others said the air quality was amazing and there was tons of room!
All in all a perfect production and a wicked night. And I only had a couple of drinks to keep me going. Say no more! |
