i like the view from the booth....and only hang out to say hi to friends that are spinnin (some of whom i've been friends with since high school so no groupie here..) ...even tho i could choose to hang out by the booth all night..i usally make my way back to the dancefloor...the only times i have stayed behind the booth for an extended period of time were at the larger parties..automotive building, better living centre.. etc....
i really have a problem with people who have dj stalker syndrome....i can't stand people who have collections of "pics with me and the dj"...bah whatever...to each his own..... |

I don't understand what you mean by hanging out behind the DJ booth at a larger party at an automotive building or the better living centre.... |

um cuz for the most part they used to have a much larger area around the dj booth, with barricades that acted as a pseudo vip area....mainly in the drum and bass rooms....so it wasn't like u were breathing down ur friend's neck while he's spinnin..hope that answers ur question.. |

The thing I don't understand is the fact that it's "the automotive building" and "the better living centre". So these were parties set up in other buildings, not at clubs? |
