| I have in the past...more than once and it never turned out well. If it was a one time thing it could be hard for the other party to understand and they may end up wanting more..like a relationship or just more sex and if you are sure it's not going to happen again and you make it clear to them they get offended and it ruins the friendship. Not worth it. |

it's not always the worst thing... hooking up with friends. i starting dating Rob because him and i were pretty good friends while i was still dating another guy, and it got to a point where we just couldn't deny the tension.
he also made good pizza and didn't hate techno music which certainly helped sway my decision. |

it seems like everyone in the thread assumes that a relationship won't happen in friend-with-benefit thing, which to my experience rarely ever happens.
