So I've decided to get a pretty involved HST tattoo that is going to include part of the artwork for this, I'm basically getting this image (which is a photoshop I did of two of my favorite Steadman pieces):
...but modified into a short shoulder sleeve, and today I got the first part of it done, the text which will sit right above it.
Dude nailed the font, IMO.  |

Took a bit of a break from TA (and pretty much most of life in general) to focus on some (ongoing) personal/health/family ([cliche]when it rains, it pours[/cliche]), and really not likely to return all that regularly any time soon - I'm just bored as tonight, frustrated that it's the holiday weekend and I've got absolutely nothing to do, and it's too early for bed. :p |

It actually didn't hurt in the least - either that, or I'm a masochist who just enjoys the pain.
The only tattoos I have that hurt are the one that is near my collar bone on my chest and the one on the inside of my calf (also pretty much entirely on bone).
I'm just looking forward to seeing what it looks like in a few days once the swelling goes down. |
