Question for the trance heads (pg. 3)

I think a good transition right now from the pop world to edm would be one of Matt Darey's "Nocturnal" episodes. Not exactly all trance, but pretty mellow with some "poppy" vocal tracks spread here and there. Very easy to listen to. I believe they are all archived on his website.

I think the diversity of recommendations in this thread is pretty all star.

Definitely kind of a neat overall indicator as to both how some MWTA's got into trance as well as seeing how what everyone is doing now has it's roots in some classics.

:)

And I will give anyone a million internets if they can get me Gus Gus - Believe (16B Mix) in a high quality, consistent bpm format.

Consider it done.

I have never in my life even heard of anyone actually having a copy of it. Your post just gave me a raging clue.

Huuuuuuge.

the CD that got me into it was called "The Definite Holographic"... http://www.discogs.com/release/131756

I loaned it to someone (worst mistake evar!!!) sometime in the mid 90's and haven't seen it since... I need to get it back!

Thanks again for all the suggestions... I've already found a few and passed them onto him. So far, no black hole that sucked him in...so he'll listen to it when he gets a chance as well.
