This is the first time I've ever done it - and I did so because the package looked appealing to me. |

Or the clock.
I really did it for the clock and the Pip Boy Bobblehead.
And you know, for the sake of excess and all. :p |

So after seeing this:

...yesterday, I decided that when I left work this morning I'd hit up the three Wal-Mart's in my area and see if I can maybe get lucky (believe me, I'd fore go the survival edition just to have something to do this weekend), but alas, no luck.
Just a heads up to everyone else. Wal-Mart employees are spectacularly incompetent, there's a good chance this isn't an isolated incident. |

| Perhaps the workers in your wall marts are stupid as well, but other gamer got there before you :D Man, i would love to be playing F3 tonight, sure i have other plans but i would probably cancel them just to play this :p |

That doesn't necessarily mean it's on sale though. They do this all the time in AUS and put out empty boxes. They have the games but won't sell them until release. |

| Is that allowed? I dont know the law in AUS or law at all for that mattter, but i always thought that if an item was on the shel. I dont think that stores are allowed to put items on shelf that they arent allowed to sell yet. |

It's for sale, and it isn't an empty box. Boatloads of people have picked it up already.
And Mongoose, I know my Wal-Mart didn't have them out because they didn't even have a SKU label for it. |
