hell no. not if he's the no. 2 man, the Vice President. he is the face of the administration as much as the Sec. of State, maybe more so if he has more foriegn policy experience than whomever Obama chooses to fill that role.
what, are you assuming Obama would keep his role strictly as an advisor and chain him to his desk for fear he might offend some foriegn dignitary if he was allowed to travel abroad? fair assumption i guess, wouldn't you agree?
my point is with a mouth like his, with hubris like his, the idea this guy was ever a considered "the best pick" based soley on foriegn policy experience Obama had offered is almost funny, but not. |

why do you care and whats your point?
Cheney doesn't carry his gun that is prone to go off at inoppurtune moments when he travels abroad...unfortunately Biden's mouth isn't detachable from his face. |
