get enough sleep every night, dress properly and eat your fruits and vegetables and you will never get sick.

They are amazing. I highly suggest.

And yes, oregano oil is your best bet. I swear by it. It has so many positive affects.

It cured an absest tooth I had once, in three days. The pain was gone in two days. Normally, I would have had to take antibiotics for 5 days. yuck!

no, this is correct. If you drink, party and don't sleep and expose yourself to the elements, you'll get sick.

Also, wear a condom.

Alternative Remedy May Help Battle Influenza
Tuesday September 16, 2008
CityNews.ca Staff
For years, a certain loudmouthed former hockey coach has been especially vocal about one thing - and no, it isn't the Europeans.

Don Cherry has been a long-time pitchman for Cold-FX, extolling the virtues of the ginseng-based alternative remedy since 2004. It's worked for him, and now, the science appears to back up his claims.

Seniors who had already been inoculated with the flu shot seemed to benefit by taking the cold fighter.

The three-year double-blind study showed that trial participants who took Cold-FX were about one-third less likely to get a "Jackson" cold or flu.

That's huge in a country where upper respiratory infections affect about 25 per cent of the population.

The research was led by Dr. Gerald Predy, Medical Officer of Health for Alberta Health Services, and you can find out more on it here.

"One of the key things here is that it's been approved by Health Canada," explains CityNews Medical Specialist Dr Karl Kabasele.

"[Health Canada] also agrees with the product manufacturer's assertion that this will help to prevent colds and also to reduce their length and severity," he added.

It's a guranteed thing with me. Don't know why. On both occasions it's chest infection. And i also have a set course of medicine. 21 day course of antibiotics.

If I remember correctly, you smoke. Smokers are predisposed to lung infections, and well I guess it looks like the case with you. Just make sure to finish your dose of antibiotics each time, otherwise the problem will steadily get worse over time because the bacteria was not completely killed.

So for the spring it is due to the added warm moisture in the air, which lungs and bacteria love. In the fall, it is the added strain of the cold weather, making your lungs weak. Just some friendly advice from a life long asthmatic, that has been through his fair share of lung infections and bronchitis.
