How often do you get sick? And what are you usually sick with?
For me, it's been WAY too often as of late.. I'm getting over a really bad throat infection that has put me out of commission and unable to attend classes since last Friday. Before this, I had other throat BS late August & had to miss a gig... :( 3
I'm thinking of going to see a naturopath soon. |

Last time I got sick was a week or two ago and I had a fever (which is pretty rare for me). The last time I was reeeeeeeeally sick was last winter. I had a horrible cold/sinus infection and had to go to the hospital twice because of it. It seems that whenever I get a cold, it lasts quite a while.
Ps. I suggest that you invest in some Oil of Oregano. It's expensive and tastes 100 times worse than Buckleys, but it will probably cure your throat infection in no time. |

Not often. Every winter I'll usually get sick at some point, but I'd be surprised if it happened during warm weather.
I tend to get sick and then be sick for a while cause I'm against medicine. I usually let my body fight it for a long while then finally give up and just hammer it with medicine when I get too sick of being sick all the time.
I used to get sick a lot when I was little tho. But that's kinda understandable - I was in St. Petersburg. |

To actually take a sick day? Once every two years. To where I just feel under the weather? once/twice a year.
For those who get sick all the time, do you use a lot of disinfectants?
I know I loved riding the subway because it really helped build my immune system. Hell I would licked a hand rail if it wasn't so mentally disturbing. Exposure is the key to a good healthy immune system. |

Less than once a year...and if anything it always starts with some type of nasal irritation/sinuses.
But i'm very lucky in that i honestly almost never get sick |

Twice a year.
Once in March-April
Second October-November
It's a guranteed thing with me. Don't know why. On both occasions it's chest infection. And i also have a set course of medicine. 21 day course of antibiotics. |

I can tell a fever coming on when I get light headed and very weak. Trying to use stuff like Cold-Effects helps when you have to be somewhere.
I also have acid reflux which is killing my throat.. naturopath is a good idea and its covered under my benefits.. I also heard about this wedge pillow thing you put under your sheets so that you sleep on a slight incline so that your esophagus closes properly.
anyone else with acid reflux? |

I tend to get bronchitus one sometimes twice a year.
Usually in October/November and then again at the end of winter... This year I was lucky enough to get it during the summer as well.
And I will usually get a cold here and there as well. |
