Definately go DirecTV if you care about sports at all. They have a few exclusive sports packages. In addition they have the most HD channels right now.

I get 27 HD (and digital) channels with my roof antenna, with better picture than any cable or satellite system, and it's free. OTA signal is 100% uncompressed. I don't care about the specialty channels.

yep you're right... Most service providers compress the hell out of the HD source signals. Over the air is the real thing

Heard FIOS is the best

Also, for all those that think Cable is and Satellite is better, they are both basically the same. And the number of channels is different from system to system.

It is as it has the highest bandwidth allotment.

lol each and every cable system is also different, so while yours may have ty clarity, it is great here.

It is perfectly clear here. Looks just as good as the satellite stuff I have seen.

They don't have that there?

Frenchie
Oh no, they have it. I just don't know anyone with it since most people have satellites.

Ahh. Here in the US it is really competitive. They both basically offer the same service. Cable has less overall HD channels, but they offer more services that Satellite does not.
