oh im taking SCB 203 now. have u looked at the list of professors teaching scb 203 for spring yet? I think you can go to E300 and look it up. that might help. I heard O'Kane is *really* hard, even harder than my current professor. Professor Douglas might be a good one to choose, if he is teaching in the Spring. anyway the course itself is just hard no matter who is teaching it...tough yet telling. i surprised myself with how well im doing so far...and how much i actaully enjoy it.

tutor me! i gotta see. might take it tues and thurs 5-9... that's the only schedule i really like.
the rest are during the day and complicated with my works schedule. So nerve wrecking because t's a pre clinical for alot of allied health classes.
So many students taking nursing and the physical and occupational therapy. scb 203 is a pre clinical for all courses i believe.
I will def see u at martin and mike.
right after i do shopping. hungover - at 4 am i leaving here.

oh yeah it DEFINITELY is. YES its nervewracking. YES im concerned/stressed about it. I've dreamt/had nightmares about this class. its like do or die. most recently, i slipped up and it worries me, esp since it happened on the quiz right AFTER my midterm. this mondays quiz i cant afford to mess up. im soo tired already, but i cant stop now :( but our school's A&P classes are incredibly comprehensive and totally transferable to any college in the country so thats the good thing.
well i hope ur not taking too many other classes along with this one because this will definitely TEST ur time management, patience, and abiltiy to self-motivate urself. good thing is that this class DOES have tutors assigned specifically to ur particular section, so thats good. but yeah any questions, feel free to ask. u can even borrow my notebooks that i kept from my lectures if u need to :)

well im actually NOT in yet...but will be applying for candidacy for the clinical portion commencing Fall 2009 - LaGuardia CC. But the program requires A-'s and above in all pre-clinicals...which means i will not be having ANY fun this Thanksgiving. im even going to study today prior to Thanksgiving dinner for two tests this wknd and Monday :( |
oh wow girl! that is so tough, I hear ya though... I def studyed before and afer Thanksgiving dinner too, my family was like are you kidding me!.. Well best of luck! |

hahaah wait your the med school guy right!? I know, I saw your post and I thought, wow he is gunna get a good laugh at our complaining... How is life treatin you!
But to you guys above, mel & phoenix bebe - that sounds like your school is nuts with the pre-nursing courses... My program is really hard to get into, but for nursing classes you have to maintain an 80 in everything, which is kinda intense, most other colleges are 76s - Either way I try to get As but youll come to find that nursing multiple choice questions... every option is correct!!... and you need to pick the "most" correct one, its the most annoying thing... Are you guys PCAs? (nurse assistants) - if not I would reccomend it, it helps soo soo much, and yes you do a lot of dirty work like wash up little old ladies (and not so little old ladies) but its a huge help. If you ever have ANY questions or need to vent, seriously Im here, trust me i know!! :) |

yeah i def plan on doing something like that shortly ;) i hear it helps with the classes since you understand more of what's going on. |
