Maybe not the right forum for this.... but some of you must follow hockey!
Anyways, Sean Avery is a jackass, as usual, but this time the league did the right thing and suspended him indefinitely! He needs to act a little more professional if he want to continue to play in the NHL.
Previous infractions:
- calling a black player the n-word (as far as I can remeber)
- making fun of Jason Blake's cancer
- inventing a new method of goalie interference, which caused the NHL to enact a new rule to prevent it from happening again

NEW YORK -- Super-pest Sean Avery of the Dallas Stars has been suspended indefinitely by the NHL for conduct "detrimental to the league or game of hockey," the NHL announced today.
The league imposed the ban "following inappropriate public comments, not pertaining to the game made by Avery earlier (Tuesday)."
The NHL did not elaborate on the remarks but Avery, in Calgary for a game Tuesday night, turned heads by seeking out a camera and making comments apparently about Flames defenceman Dion Phaneuf's private life.
"I'm really happy to be back in Calgary. I love Canada," the Stars forward said. "I just want to comment on how it's become like a common thing in the NHL for guys to fall in love with my sloppy seconds.
"I don't know what that's about, but enjoy the game tonight."
Phaneuf is dating Canadian actress Elisha Cuthbert, who once went out with Avery.
The ban is indefinite pending a hearing with commissioner Gary Bettman.

Its a funny comment for sure... but its somethign 16 year old boys in high school say to eachother! Not professional athletes! Obviously Avery doesnt believe in following the rules.

I dont know what these girls see in Avery anyways... first Elisha Cuthberth.... then I think he was dating one of the Olsen twins at one point.... I'd take any of his sloppy second! I dont know what these girls see in him though, yeah hes a good looking guy but hes also a ing ****!
