Diagnose my computer

I'd like to list some symptoms and see if other people come to the same conclusion as me.
Random restarts (like someone hits the restart button on the case)
Very slow loading of the OS, programs, and files
Start-up jingle, music, and video stutters and crackles a little
So what's wrong? |

| How old is it? Random reboots/shutdowns are the kind of thing that starts occuring when your power supply is about to go sploot. |
