good lord *face palm*... anyone but armin.
i trust made far more to be able to do this little outdoor shin dig. i just wonder where and if things have to end at 11pm - what time are outdoor events allowed to begin?
i swear - after a good nights sleep.. partying from 9:30 am till 7:30 pm is soo doable and so much more fun then doing it the opposite way around (pm to am). |

yea i did it new years day...its deff kinda crackheadish, to be walking into a club at 9:30 am but physically, i lasted all day long
your body is used to being up at those hours, so you have all your energy
i also wanna know wat time this thing is gonna start
if its gonna start at 6pm and go till 1o or 11pm thats kinda wack
each dj will prob spin a hour at most you know blahhhh |

Not here. Qualifies as an outdoor event, that's why boat parties here are over @ 11 pm. I'd rather go to a smaller boat party than a massive one like what you're suggesting, it would probably require a Carnival ship to accomodate the size of the crowd. |
Even if the boat left the harbor there are time restrictions? In that case leave in the afternoon and sail out to international waters hah.
You could fit a few thousand people on a big ferry... plus with no cars that huge area could be where the dj spins and the lights are all set up...
would be cool if they could make it work somehow

Permits have been granted there for parties before, but not as big as Global Gathering. The closest in capacity would probably the cultural festivals that go on there in the Summer. That would be a fantastic idea though since I live 5 minutes from there :p

Yeah, and the theme couldn't be set better anywhere in the world for that festival than right under that globe. I mean just couldn't get any better than that. |
