Remember to keep popping your ears on the way down to equalize the pressure, otherwise once your chute opens and you stop falling, you're ears are going to kill from the pressure and you won't be able to hear anything lol. I learned the hard way haha.
There was just so much stuff going on with jumping out of the plane, falling, looking around and below, that I didn't even think to keep popping my ears. |

I almost did it years ago. The guy I knew had his own plane and was offering for free but then the day b4 we were due to jump he comes in with a dumb cast. |

I am a ground-school genius... ;)
After 9 hours of ground-school preparing for a free fall jump, the drop zone was closed due to high wind gusts.
Most people are going back tomorrow to attempt the jump, however I'm birthday boat cruisin' it, so I'll have to go back to the drop zone next weekend to complete it. The good news is that my free fall ground-school is complete (with flying colours!) and I've progressed in the certification process. |
