They have to. If they didn't and it ended up killing millions then everyone will say they should have done what they're doing now. They just don't want a repeat of the Spanish Flu (20-100million casualties) |

I heard that the best thing you can do is cough as hard as possible right into somebody's face. The combination of speed then hitting an object instantly kills the virus. |
