You can't use the new Vengeance samples without permission

Taken from the license to Vengeance Future House vol1:
"You are not allowed to use the sounds for any commercial music production, jingle, broadcasted music, remixes and any other
commercial purposes, without explicit permission."

| they put the warning out in the open now so the people behind vengeance can't get in when a random artist uses a loop VENGEANCE stole from someone else's track without their permission me thinks |

There are plenty of other legit high quality sample cd makers
Big Fish, Loopmasters, Zero-G, Ueberschall to name a few.
Use them for samples if you can't find exactly what you need on Vinyl. |

then why should it be necessary to contact them if you use the samples in a commercial release... if they can just track you down...

Good, they're indirectly admitting there's something fishy about it. Sample cd's should be cleared and royalty free. Always. Otherwise there's something wrong.
And yes they would most likely be bluffing. |

| Yes vengeances situation is quite worrying. A LOT of their samples are sampled directly form other peoples music and even older sample cds, even their loops. All commercial sample libraries should be completely royalty free imo, otherwise you are basically getting ripped off. |

Vengeance are worrying because they sound like rubbish. No other reason. I'm so sick of kick samples which don't have a proper decay:whip:
And obviously theres no point in buying the sample pack if you can't use it in your own music..? And how are they going to put a unique frequency watermark on every sample lol. Idiots. I have NO respect:clown: |

Yup and even if there was, there is no way of doing this, AND ensuring that it reminds exactly as it is post production.
Unless it is 100% the same artifact then you have no case, since it cannot be proven without reasonable doubt of it's origin. |
