Always have burgers well done. It doesn't really matter with steak but anything other than well done for burgers presents a serious health hazard. |

Any restaurant worth their salt should make sure that there middle is cooked and the juices run clear anyway but if you do order anything other than 'well done' there's always the chance they will leave it a little raw in the middle and that's bad news. |
