Because it's delicious. Lobster, fish, calamari, salmon, eel, crab, shrimp [or prawn for Stu], etc. The works. I've been frying some delicious tilapia fillets lately. So bomb.

I hate fish, the taste is so gross & the texture really meh.
I do want to try panceta wrapped scallops however. |
