$25 for all you can eat?! man, what is the address?

Their happy hour isn't bad. Their basic rolls are decent, especially for $3 a pop in the bar.

Midori Sushi

Yeah that was the thing. We got there for happy hour and it was not bad for the price. It worked out relatively well. Although $25 for all you can eat would have been better price wise. lol

//Oh, project management? :p

LOL, I used to be in charge of the implementation of SAP/R3. Now that it's over, I'm handling pretty much everything related to SAP within my business unit. :p

Tapado: it's a soupy stew that contains a wide variety of seafood, including squid, crab, shrimp, red snapper, sea bass, or mako shark, coconut milk and plaintains.

Caldo De Mariscos FTMFW!!!

But that looks good too. Are the plantains fried and then put it in the soup? Or is just boiled in there?

Peruvian cuisine in general is simply fantastic. From all the Latin-American countries it's by far the best. Favorites:

Aji de Gallina
Ceviche Peruano
Papas a la Huancaina
Causa da Camarones

And I looooooove Pisco Sour :p

Right on. I'm spoiled.

Every time I tell someone I'm Peruvian, they tell me they will lick my balls if I make them a ceviche. Not in those exact words, but you get the gist.

Tapado reminds me of chupe de camarones. They both have milk so it gives it that nice color.
