Actually, I've yet to try muscles. What's the texture, rubbery? |
Not if they're fresh, and done properly. Rubbery muscles indicates old/not fresh. |

I love seafood, the best plate I've ever had was when I was in Seattle, we went to the Market and they had freshly caught fish, crab, and all sorts of other seafood goodness. I ordered some Crab Sautee, where they sauteed fresh crab meat in butter with peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and some sourdough bread on the side. So amazing, it was like $37 bucks but totally worth it!

noooooooooob! frying food is a great way to say i don't really like the taste of the food so i'll mask it with fat, cause fat taste good. throw some lemon at it and you might as well be eating chicken.
i like it raw or barely cooked. in japan and many other countries, they have a seafood market on the ground floor with a restaurant above the market. when you buy your bizarre seafood and have it sent up and cooked for you. |

TUNA.
:tongue3
Especially tuna so fresh it's still alive (or was just killed minutes before) when it gets to my house :disbelief |

i love it all, but any kind of shellfish is probably my favorite.
can't wait to be back on the east coast. people's idea of good fish in wisconsin is deep fried greasy and bland white fish with a side of potato pancakes. uegh. |
