has anyone noticed that their Internet is actually SLOWER since the increase to 10mbps?
My friend is in CityPlace downtown where they have 100Mbps.
It is rediculous how fast he can download. He has even bridged connections from his neighbour, so he can literally down a full movie/video game in like 10 minutes.
