Pot isn't as safe as you think, can lead to being a skitzo.

Only if you exhibit those symptoms to begin with. I don't know anyone who I smoke with that I consider a schizophrenic, even by just a little bit. THC doesn't create a separate personality in your subconscious, it just binds to your cannabinoid receptors in your brain and makes you hungry, happy, and sleepy :D

Can't blame the teacher. If she didn't report it, you can bet the teacher would have been fired.

Yea, the district, Peninsula School District is pretty bat- crazy. I mean not radically ed up (like South Kitsap next door) but this would be a fire storm if it had happened any other way out there. It is a fairly conservative district.

The fact that the teacher let him complete his essay is sure to be a contentious issue.

Yea, well you'd be surprised how limiting freedom of speech is in school. Especially when the actions can be considered a disruption of the learning process is involved.

Not that I disagree with you, its just that the case law involved heavily disagrees with you. :p

Yeah not to mention laws like freedom of speech that apply to most americans don't really apply to teenagers (during school at least) until they're out of high school.
