I hit up Amoeba Records and found a few in the used section, mostly singles...but a comp like that I had to pick up :p |

| i saw z-trip at demf and he did this well. of course he also transitioned to dubstep and techno so i don't even know |

| thanks for all the suggestions. the only prob i have with hip hop is its dated sound. if only some producers would modernize this style (besides black eyed peas boom boom pow) |

woops. i meant hip house. hip house seems to be a genre stuck very much in a certain short lived time period. |

Probably very true. But then again, it could work as a transitional tool. You don't have to play all hip-house, just use it to help switch gears. |

| If it's the kind of playing I'm thinking, likely none of the dudes like to dance or know how to dance or can even bounce to a groove, and as soon as there isn't a girl around to try and awkwardly rub up on they get sketchy and leave, or as soon as a "fast" dance beat comes in they get confused. If this is the case I think you've got a lost cause. Get the girls dancing first I guess.... |

| Hip house was terrible when it first started, at least I personally didn't like it at all. There is plenty of good hip hop and rap out there, just have to search hard on the internet and stay off the radio. |
