Not too bad of a punishment. lol
What happened? |
Long story...It seriously blows my mind how disrespectful opera's security is, they didn't have to tell me I wasn't allowed back to keep me away. Just glad all the good liquified stuff goes on at The Mark/Dreams now, so excited for S&D. |

Okay, fair enough. Your other post was bound to make us curious, but it's none of our business. I've got to wonder what it takes to get banned from Opera permanently (or how they'd enforce that). My sister and a friend were forced to leave once after passing out repeatedly and knocking over glasses / bottles / people, then drunkenly deriding the coat check girls, but they're always welcome back. |

| Does anyone know why there was an ambulance there at the end of the night as everyone was pushed out of the club? |

True. The audience was really happy to be there, at least. Rowdy chicks in pajamas, a muppet raver, and an out-of-sync air traffic controller with glowsticks seized the off-limits stage in unbridled excitement. Some dudes badly serenaded Cosmic Gate in harmony with the opening strings ("Cosmiiiiiic Gate! Cosmic Gaaaaaaaate ..."). Even the Physics Professor of Dance graced us with his performance later in the night. If I were Nic or Bossi, I wouldn't have left such excellent company any earlier than 3:00am. |
Hey now! I was with the two girls in the crazy pajama-like pants! ;)
(But did you hear them singing after the show? I tried to charge $5 a pop, but it wasn't happening...*sigh*)
Loved the commentary, though. It's safe to say that there were definitely some "crazies" out last night.
Alas, at least none of the craziness affected my GF's first time at a club and seeing a *real* DJ set :) |

Heheh, I was wondering whether I was actually describing anyone in the thread. I didn't mean to offend anyone I described, though! I wasn't knocking anyone, especially since I was definitely among the crazies.
There are so many lingering mysteries after last night. Why did Nic and Bossi disappear? What happened to Seppuku? Why was there an ambulance outside?
Ohoh, it all comes together! Seppuku murdered Nic and Bossi. Damn it, man, why do you gotta spoil it for the rest of us. (Sorry, bad joke. Hope everyone's all right.) |

Col. Mustard did it with the candlestick in the library!
(Mmmmm.....kinky!)
Oh, hrmmm....wait...crap...
So who is really to blame for this debauchery? Opera or the piss-poor promoters? What was their name? Ultra something or another? |

| I remember Lukin updating his facebook status saying SOMEONE wanted him to come on after Cosmic Gate. Could be Opera, Cosmic Gate, or Devin. Who knows... |

Best DJs in the scene at the moment. We're getting 3 of them (basically) in a 3 month span basically. Nice scheduling/booking. [/QUOTE]
LOL. :haha: |

Alright, so I think it's completely ID's now, with the following changes:
01. Chephren Blake ft. Meighan Nealon - Year After
02. Audible - White Mouse
09. Sean Tyas & Simon Patterson - For The Most Part (Original Mix)
13. Markus Schulz - Sin City (Cosmic Gate Remix)
18. Lange vs Andy Moor - Stadium Four
Still not sure if the BT remix was played by Cosmic Gate or the other DJ that came on. I'm about 95% certain that it was NOT Cosmic Gate, and that their set ended with "Everything". |

| Seppuku |
09. Purple Haze - Bliksem
I remember it came on right before that ty Nic Chagall vocal track. |
